So things progressed from "let's go grab a coffee" to spending every minute of the working day together and things blossomed quickly and effortlessly from friends to a little more than that! 

Now on to their wedding day, and that was one heck of a day. I recall starting at 8am in the morning for their tea ceremony (Elmira is Indonesian Chinese and James is half malaysian/english). The best part was when Elmira's father burst into tears as he realised his youngest daughter was getting married today, and that started a chain reaction among the family! 

The girls and boys then separated to get ready in different places, before meeting down the aisle at their family church in Randwick.

We then headed out to the Royal Botanic Gardens for our photos and knowing that Elmira loves succelents and catcus, we went to the Succulent Garden which secretly is my favourite hidden spot that no one really knows about. We had some fun amongst the spikiness and our reception was just next door at the Botanic House. 

Luke Nguyen is the owner and head chef there so the food did not dissapoint, they had a grazing station featuring dumplings and Asian delights as well as some custom made cocktails called the "Elmira" and "The James" featuring their favourite spirits which was a really nice touch. 

The reception was a pretty amazing evening, where it was a fun filled night full of amazing speeches. You could tell how close all their
