Ironbark Hill Weddings Hunter Valley – Melinda & James
Mel & Jame’s Hunter Valley Wedding was nothing short of spectacular and the weather was pretty warm for a autumn day. It hit highs of 35 degrees when it really should have been about 20.
The wedding was held at Ironbark Hill Vineyard, which is proudly catered by Enzo Hunter Valley www.enzohuntervalley.com.au and they do a marvellous job of everything from the catering to the setup of the wedding ceremony.
The Hunter Valley weddding was small and intimate, with only 80 guests who travelled there on a Tuesday to be there. The ceremony was held in the church with these beautiful windows that overlook the vineyard.
The bride and groom stayed in nearby cottages which is part of the venue, and made life easier for us all not having to travel vast distances to get to the wedding ceremony.
We were spoiled for choice for wedding photography locations at Ironbark Hill Weddings Hunter Valley, with acres of lush vineyards to play with and we were blessed with an amazing thunderstorm sunset.
Peter Drayton supplies the beautiful wine and their fruit is right there behind you.
While we were photographing at Ironbark Hill Vineyard, the guests were relaxing and playing lawn games which was a whole lot of fun.
I loved the amazing speeches that were delivered that night by everyone, and how close-knit everyone who attended was. I also felt like part of the family when the father of the bride thanked me for my efforts in the heat, which made me really proud of the job I did for them.
I left the night with a huge smile on my face and a bottle or two of wine to enjoy.
